centos-8 hardcoded in repo URL

For some historic reasons centos-8 is hardcoded as distribution id in the repo URL. This has to be the one of BASE_CONTAINER, e.g. centos-7, almalinux-9, rocky-8 or so, depending on what distribution id BASE_CONTAINER has
