GRIS: Masks inconsistent

The masks for GRIS are inconsistent, sometimes -1 is used for artifacts, sometimes for small pores or similar features.

Also, Sometimes they are also just off!

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
