previews should be normalized by quiet sun average instead of raw histogram cutting

for now we take the total scale of the entire observation to determine colorization. This is a step in the right direction.

Tried several different alorithms including adaptive histogram scaling etc. The Result was, that simplty using a light cutoff 1st and 99th percentiles of the histogram over the entire ovbservation seems to yield the most consistent and most "realistic" looking results. for the time being, this will be considered as "done".
